The Companion reuses content from the repository when creating model drafts. When providing a text to the companion it will match the input text with the objects from the repository and reuse similar objects.

Administrators can configure user permissions for bulk editing on a per-database basis. By default, bulk editing is disabled for all users. Starting from SR28, this privilege must be explicitly granted.

We now export and import the content type configuration as XML file and based on this ARIS Administrators can adopt changes to the standard content type configuration faster. They no longer have to manually create their custom content types from scratch via the UI. To adopt improvements of the default configuration, admins can export the default and their custom configuration for a side-by-side comparison and alignment using external XML editors. Moreover, administrators can easily manage translations using the new configuration file. Larger changes that affect multiple content types or properties can be managed more efficiently.

Standard use case is that a customer has one SAP destination. For companies supporting multiple projects (e.g. partners), it is possible to add multiple destinations. For single case, it should be possible to show and use the "latest synch" date to show whether both systems are in synch or not.

It is possible to start SAP transactions from ARIS portal. Integration of the SAP specific content in the standard configuration with the possibility to hide it for not-SAP use cases simplifies administration and adaptability will be enabled.
